Paraneoplastic myopathies are rare complications of malignancy, most often associated with lung, ovarian, and gastrointestinal cancers. Rhabdomyolysis as a paraneoplastic manifestation of pancreatic adenocarcinoma is exceedingly uncommon and typically portends a poor prognosis.
