Recognizing the Recruitment Tactics and Methods of Communication in Extremists Who Target Youth

<p><span style="font-size:12pt;">The presentation was geared toward informing school resource officers and other law enforcement, teachers, school counselors, and school leaders on the rise in extremist beliefs and the online networking sites and communication styles they use to recruit vulnerable youth. Also included will be numbers, symbols, gestures, and other strategies used by extremists to demonstrate their views. With the rise of extremism, this presentation will be beneficial to anyone working in schools and surrounding communities.</span></p>
