The Carlson Library at the University of Toledo invited me to speak as a part of a series of speaker events tied into its collection of anti-racism literature. My presentation was similar to one I gave previously, but modified slightly through the benefit of experience and with a more substantial Q&A period. The abstract reads “How can we use a process of reflection and reconstruction to combat systemic racism that has insinuated itself into curricula over the years?”
