Tyler Branson (PhD Texas Christian University) is an Assistant Professor and Associate Director of Composition at the University of Toledo. He researches education "reform" in both higher education and K-12 contexts. He also specializes in writing program administration and composition pedagogy. His book, Policy Regimes of Writing: An Analysis of College Composition and Public Education Policy in the U.S is forthcoming from Southern Illinois University Press. His published work has also appeared in Composition Studies, College Composition and Communication, WPA: Writing Program Administration, and edited collections from West Virginia University Libraries, Cambridge University Press, and University of Edinburgh Press. He teaches a range of graduate and undergraduate courses in public rhetoric, composition theory and pedagogy, and professional and technical writing.
