In 2016, Puneet Sindhwani, MD, joined The University of Toledo’s College of Medicine and Life Sciences as Chairman of the Department of Urology. He was also awarded the prestigious Kenneth A. Kropp, MD, Endowed Professorship of Urology.
He earned his medical degree from Government Medical College, Patiala, Punjab, India, and completed his residency in urology at the Medical College of Ohio (now The University of Toledo Medical Center). He also earned his MSBS degree in urological sciences and transplantation at MCO (UTMC).
Board-certified in urology, Dr. Sindhwani’s special interests include male infertility and sexual health, minimally invasive treatments for diseases of the prostate, kidney transplantation, and nutrition and urologic diseases.
