Mamta Ojha is an Assistant Professor at the University of Toledo in the School of Social Justice, Social Work program. She completed her MSW and Ph.D. from University of Kentucky. Her research and scholarship addresses work-family, immigrant issues, social work education in macro practice, re-entry, and homelessness. She has presented many papers at prestigious national and regional conferences, and her work is also published in peer-reviewed journals. At local level she is very much engaged in her community initiatives and has written many technical reports. She has taught human behavior theory, social welfare policy, macro practice, research methods, and single digit research methods to graduate and undergraduate level students. Currently she is teaching graduate and undergraduate students, is working on a couple of research projects, and is also engaged in community initiative called "project Homeless Connect".
