After completing coursework in computer science, biomedical electronics, and criminal justice, David Lilley received a PhD in Social Science from Michigan State University. Dr. Lilley previously worked as a Police Officer and Senior Analyst for the U.S. Government Accountability Office in Washington DC where his primary duties involved creation of longitudinal, multi-source databases to analyze the effectiveness of government programs and grant funding. After arriving at University of Toledo, he Chaired a Pan-Collegiate Committee on Data Science and now serves as Coordinator of the Data Science Minor in addition to work as a Criminal Justice faculty member.
