- Dr. Azadeh Parvin is a professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Toledo. She received her B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and M.S. and D.Sc. degrees in Structural Engineering from The George Washington University. Dr. Parvin has numerous journal and conference publications related to the repair and rehabilitation of civil infrastructure. She has directed national and international projects funded by the NSF, DOT, NASA, and various industries. Dr. Parvin is an Associate Editor of the prestigious ASCE Journal of Composites for Construction. She has also served as an International Editorial Board member and received the Outstanding Reviewer Award. She was a member of the University of Toledo Leadership Institute and recipient of the Inaugural Inclusive Excellence Faculty Award.
