This is a "with chapter." I had started as a co-author on this book. Due to my other book project (Remarkable Rise of Transgender Rights) and Anthony's desire to not have this project interfere with that (or vice-versa), we agreed that it would be best if he completed the project alone. My literature review formed the core of chapter 3. I was given co-author status on that chapter.
