<p><span>The University of South Carolina libraries experienced a sudden increase in the number of electronic journals to add to the libraries' collections. A library committee selected the TDNet e-journal management system, due to specific academic and economic needs, to organize the evergrowing e-journal collection. The focus of this article is to describe the selection process and the current use of the TDNet e-journal management service in the USC Libraries system.</span></p>
