This article transcribes and discusses a hitherto ignored letter written by Anne of Bohemia, queen of England from 1382-1394. Of particular interest is Anne's mention of a miscarriage, which disproves the prior scholarly argument that Anne and Richard II never had children because they had a chaste (non-sexual) marriage. The two tried to have children but were unable.
