<p>This paper discusses the outcomes of implementing a Project-Based Learning (PBL) pedagogy integrated with Entrepreneurial Mindset Learning (EML) in two advanced core MET courses. The collaborative effort between engineering and education faculty aimed to explore the impact of such PBL-EML implementations on enhancing essential skills for engineering graduates beyond technical knowledge, including creativity, teamwork, communication, and information literacy. The study aligns with and supports all five ABET Criteria for Engineering Technology Programs' Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs).</p>
