  • <p>This session introduces and provides a forum and examples to easily adopt and implement entrepreneurial mindset learning (EML) initiatives in engineering and engineering technology education. The session focuses on shared strategies proven to increase the students’ engineering skills and their readiness to create economical and societal value and to become powerful agents of societal good. Some of the topics to be discussed include the Kern Entrepreneurial Engineering Network (KEEN) Framework; the application of active learning strategy examples namely project-based learning (PBL) at various levels: project, course, curriculum, and institution; and direct and indirect assessment strategies.</p>
