While literature has begun to accumulate on these aneurysms, literature is relatively lacking with respect to the tibioperoneal trunk (TPT). Our surgical approach involved initial </span><a href="https://www.sciencedirect.com/topics/medicine-and-dentistry/catheter" title="Learn more about catheter from ScienceDirect's AI-generated Topic Pages">catheter</a><span> directed <a href="https://www.sciencedirect.com/topics/medicine-and-dentistry/blood-clot-lysis" title="Learn more about thrombolysis from ScienceDirect's AI-generated Topic Pages">thrombolysis</a> followed by excision of the aneurysm with a reversed <a href="https://www.sciencedirect.com/topics/medicine-and-dentistry/great-saphenous-vein" title="Learn more about great saphenous vein from ScienceDirect's AI-generated Topic Pages">great saphenous vein</a> (GSV) interposition graft. A review of the literature suggests that this is the first report of its kind. We also present a comprehensive review of the published literature on TPT.</span></p>
