Each year, authors from each of the US states submits an article detailing school finance events/trends/policy for their respective state. Through blind peer review authors are selected to present their paper/findings at the National Education Finance Academy Annual Conference. Editors Henry Tran, David Buckman, Tyrone Bynoe, Randall S. Vesely are responsible for chairing a round table discussion of their respective region.Those authors that present are then allowed to submit their paper for publication in the Jounal of Education Finance. Editors are responsible for collecting each author's submission and ensuring that each is in proper format. The collected works are then submitted to the Journal of Education Finance which then sends them out for another round of blind peer review.
