  • A Juried exhibition of work from members of the Mid-American College Art Association, juried by Anthony Hawley, a lecturer at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, School of Art, Art History & Design produces large-scale multimedia projects. He attended residencies at MacDowell Colony, Hermitage Artist Retreat, Art Farm, VCCA International, and Arte Studio Ginistrelle. His essays and poems have appeared in numerous publications including The Brooklyn Rail, Modern Painters, Hyperallergic, The Paris Review, Denver Quarterly, Verse, Colorado Review and Flatlanders. His paintings appear in the 2015 New American Paintings, “West” issue. He is also the author of two, full-length collections of poetry and several chapbooks. Anthony Hawley grew up in Massachusetts and was educated at Columbia University and the MFA Art Practice Program at the School of Visual Arts.
