The students were enrolled in REU STEM program funded by NSF funding mechanisms to Alabama State University, an HBCU (Historically Black College and University). There was an additional informal session with minority and inderrepresented students in STEM for 1 and a half hour to educate them on Pharmaceutical Sciences as a career options for STEM majors. Excellent feedbacks were received from the students and faculties. See attached some of the moments from the meetings.
