I brought in Dr. Kaarina Kailo, Oulu University, Finland, Emeritus Professor, to address the UT and community audiences. She made a major presentation along with classroom visits and a visit to WGST. I raised al the money from colleges/programs, ferried her to all events, and took her to all meals and back and forth to the airport. Again, I am not sure how to work out percentages on this.
