Dr. Mehmood Rashid began his medical career at Dhaka Medical College in Bangladesh. He then completed his residency in Neurology and a fellowship in Movement Disorders at the University of Toledo, followed by a fellowship in Neuro-Otology at the University of Michigan. Dr. Rashid currently serves as Assistant Professor, fellowship director for the Movement Disorders fellowship program and director of the chemodenervation clinic for the Neurology Department at The University of Toledo. He specializes in movement disorders with a special interest in chemodenervation, neuromodulation, atypical parkinsonian syndromes and ataxias. Dr. Rashid has a secondary appointment with the Department of Medical Education.
