Cindy is an Associate Professor and Program Director in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program in the College of Health & Human Services at the University of Toledo.  She has published in peer-reviewed journals, presented at state and national conferences, and provided lectures for continuing education for physical therapy professionals. Cindy is chairperson and board member for the Northwest District Ohio Physical Therapy Association.
